    It’s like that John Mayer ditty. We’re waiting for the world to change. Nobodies fighting for anything anymore. The only social action I’ve witnessed in my life was spoilt kids whining over tuition increases.

    …or is it more about the loss of traditional masculinity?

    OR is it about how everyone is always high and suffering from Peter Pan syndrom, and self destructing despite having all the opportunity in the world?

    Not at all. It means that it at least evoked something in them. I would rather have something impactfully misunderstood, then indifferently correctly assessed. Though both your interpretation were pretty spot on.
